Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often, about measuring, samples, delivery, collection and returns. If what you need is not here, send us a message or call 07540 464640 and we will answer it.

UK delivery is £23.99 per order, and free on orders over £350. Door samples ordered on their own are delivered free. The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We deliver to the UK mainland only. If you are not sure whether your postcode is covered, ask us before ordering.

Every product page shows an estimated delivery time for that item, because stocked items and made-to-order items run to different lead times. Lead times start once payment has cleared and, for made-to-measure items, once we have confirmed your specification with you. See the Shipping Policy for how orders with mixed lead times are handled.

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick your order up from Unit 3M, Lake Enterprise Park, Sandall Stone Road, Doncaster DN3 1QR. Please contact us before coming so we can have the order ready for you.

If an exact colour match matters, yes. Door samples are £4.99 each, with free UK delivery when you order samples on their own. Screens flatter some finishes and flatten others, so it is worth seeing the colour in your own kitchen light before committing to a full set of doors.

A sample shows the colour, finish and material of a range, but natural variation between production batches means a finished door can differ slightly, particularly in timber and woodgrain ranges. Small variations in grain and shade are a characteristic of these materials rather than a fault.

Take the width and height of each door and drawer front, and note where the hinges sit. Our measuring guidance shows exactly where to measure from. Orders through the website are supply only, so the sizes you give us are the sizes we cut to — it is worth measuring every door rather than assuming they match.

For standard products, yes: you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and 14 more to send the goods back. Made-to-measure and customised products are different, because they are cut to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has started. Our Refunds and Returns page sets out both cases.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate quickly and claim against the carrier where needed. Email your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the packaging, delivery labels and affected goods. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights.

Orders through the website are supply only, so measuring is your responsibility unless we have surveyed and quoted for fitting. We do fit with our own team in selected areas around Doncaster and South Yorkshire: contact us and we will arrange a survey and a separate written quotation.
