Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we sell replacement kitchen doors, units, panels and accessories to you, including delivery, cancellation, returns and our guarantee.

Last updated 12 September 2026

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They tell you who we are, how we will supply products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us and these terms

1.1 Who we are

1.2 These terms

These terms apply to every order you place through click-kitchens.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

1.3 If you are a business customer

These terms are written for consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession. If you are buying as a business, the consumer cancellation rights in section 5 do not apply to you, and we may agree separate terms with you in writing. Please contact us before ordering if you are buying on behalf of a business.

1.4 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order, so please check the date above before you buy.

2. Our products

2.1 Descriptions and images

The images and descriptions on our website are for illustration. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens, and a photograph cannot reproduce a finish exactly. We cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours accurately, so please order a sample if an exact colour match matters to you.

2.2 Samples

Where we offer samples, they show the colour, finish and material of a range. Samples are indicative: natural variation between production batches means a finished door may differ slightly from a sample, particularly in timber and woodgrain ranges.

2.3 Measuring and suitability

Unless we have carried out a survey and quoted for fitting under section 7, you are responsible for the measurements you give us and for deciding that a product is suitable for your kitchen. Please measure carefully, check hinge positions, handle drillings and door swing, and ask us before ordering if you are unsure. We are happy to advise, but advice given in good faith does not transfer responsibility for your measurements to us.

2.4 Materials and manufacturing variations

Our products are made from materials including MDF, chipboard, foil and vinyl faced board, lacquered finishes and timber. Small variations in grain, shade and finish are a normal characteristic of these materials and are not a fault. Where a product carries a certification such as FSC or PEFC, or an award such as the FIRA Gold Award, this is stated on the product page.

2.5 Availability and product changes

Ranges, colours and specifications can be changed or withdrawn by our manufacturers. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, or its specification changes in a way that affects your order, we will contact you to agree a replacement, a change to the order or a refund.

3. Orders, prices and payment

3.1 How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received it, but it does not accept it. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3.2 Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax that applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it, even if we change our prices afterwards.

3.3 Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card through Stripe, our payment provider. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and we do not store your card details. Goods are not dispatched, and made-to-measure items are not put into production, until payment has cleared.

3.4 Pricing and description errors

We take care to price and describe our products correctly, but errors happen. If we spot an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before accepting the order. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If the error is obvious and you could reasonably have recognised it as a mistake, we do not have to supply the product at the wrong price.

3.5 Offers and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer at any time, and we may refuse or cancel a discount that has been obtained or used in a way we consider abusive.

4. Delivery

4.1 Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Some remote areas, islands and offshore addresses may carry an additional charge or a longer lead time. If that applies to your address we will contact you before dispatch.

4.2 Delivery charges

UK delivery is £23.99 per order. Delivery is free on orders over £350. The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

4.3 Estimated delivery times

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time, typically 3 to 5 working days for stocked items and 10 to 14 working days for items made to order. These are estimates, not guarantees. Where an order contains items with different lead times, we will normally deliver them together on the longest lead time unless we agree otherwise with you.

4.4 Arranging delivery

We or our carrier will contact you to arrange or confirm delivery. Someone aged 18 or over must be at the address to receive and check the goods. Please make sure the delivery vehicle can reach the address and that there is somewhere safe to unload.

4.5 Failed deliveries

If nobody is available to take delivery at the agreed time, or the goods cannot be delivered because of access problems at the address, we may have to charge you the reasonable cost of a further delivery attempt. If we cannot arrange redelivery after reasonable attempts to contact you, we may end the contract and refund you, less our reasonable costs.

4.6 When goods become your responsibility

Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person you nominated to receive them. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

4.7 Storing goods before fitting

Doors, panels and units must be stored flat, dry and indoors at normal room temperature and humidity until they are fitted. Damage caused by storing goods in a damp, unheated or newly plastered room, or by standing them on edge or leaning them against a wall, is not a manufacturing fault.

4.8 Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action or supply shortages. If there is such a delay we will contact you as soon as we can and take steps to limit its effect. If the delay is substantial you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

4.9 Checking your delivery

Please check your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Where possible, you should inspect the packaging and goods before accepting delivery. If there is visible damage, missing packaging or any other obvious issue, please record the issue with the delivery driver and notify us as soon as possible.

We recommend that any visible damage, missing items or incorrect items are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us investigate the issue quickly and, where necessary, make a claim with the delivery carrier. However, failure to report an issue within 48 hours does not, by itself, remove or limit any statutory rights you may have.

4.10 Damage, faults and missing items

If you discover that goods have been damaged, are faulty, are missing or are incorrect after delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue. Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging, delivery labels and affected goods to help us investigate.

For damage that was not reasonably visible at the time of delivery, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, incomplete or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

5.1 Your rights at a glance

Standard, non-customised products can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery under your statutory rights. Made-to-measure and customised products cannot be cancelled once production has started, because they are made to your specification. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are covered by your statutory rights whichever type of product you bought. The sections below set this out in full.

5.2 How to contact us about a cancellation or return

Any request to change, cancel or return an order should be made in writing by email to [email protected], quoting your order number. We will confirm whether the requested change or cancellation can be accepted, and tell you how and where to return goods where a return applies. Please do not send goods back before contacting us.

5.3 Standard products: cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer purchasing standard, non-customised products from our website, you normally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing, preferably by email, within the 14-day cancellation period. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

The goods must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect them. You may handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way that you would be permitted to inspect them in a shop. If the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect that reduction in value.

5.4 Refunds for cancelled standard products

Where you validly cancel an order for standard products under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

We will normally issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5.5 Made-to-measure and customised products

The cancellation rights described in sections 5.3 and 5.4 do not normally apply to products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised for you. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Made-to-measure kitchen units;
  • Cabinets or panels manufactured to your measurements;
  • Products manufactured to a non-standard size;
  • Products manufactured or modified to your specific requirements;
  • Custom-coloured or specially finished products;
  • Products involving customer-specific machining, drilling or modifications.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

5.6 Changes or cancellation before production

Because made-to-measure and customised products are manufactured specifically to your requirements, you should contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. For standard products, you may exercise your statutory cancellation rights as described above.

Before production has started, we will normally try to accommodate reasonable changes to your order. Any change may result in an increase or decrease in the price, and may affect the estimated production or delivery date. We will inform you of any additional cost or significant delay before proceeding with the change. However, we cannot guarantee that such a request can be accepted.

Once production or manufacturing has started, changes may no longer be possible. Where a change is possible, we may charge you for any reasonable additional costs already incurred or arising from the change, including additional materials, manufacturing, labour, finishing, delivery or other costs that cannot reasonably be recovered or reused.

Once production of a made-to-measure or customised product has started, you may not cancel the order simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

5.7 Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

The cancellation and returns provisions above do not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Where goods are confirmed to be faulty or otherwise our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return or collection costs where required by law.

6. Guarantee

6.1 What is covered

Where a product page states a guarantee, that guarantee applies from the date of delivery. Many of our ranges carry a six-year guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in normal domestic use. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

6.2 What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, and the natural variation in grain, shade and finish described in section 2.4.
  • Damage caused by incorrect fitting, alteration or drilling after delivery.
  • Damage caused by steam, heat or moisture, including doors fitted directly above or beside an unvented appliance, kettle or hob without adequate protection.
  • Damage caused by storing goods against the guidance in section 4.7.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or cleaning with abrasive or solvent-based products.
  • Products used commercially rather than in a normal domestic kitchen, unless we agreed that in writing.

6.3 Making a guarantee claim

Email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs showing the affected product. We may need to inspect the product or ask the manufacturer to assess it. Where a claim is valid we will repair or replace the affected product, or refund it if repair and replacement are not possible.

7. Installation and fitting

7.1 Supply only unless we agree otherwise

Orders placed through this website are for the supply of goods only. Fitting is not included in the price of any product on the site, and arranging installation is your responsibility unless we have given you a separate written quotation for fitting.

7.2 Our fitting service

We offer fitting by our own team in selected areas around Doncaster and South Yorkshire. Fitting is not bought through the website. If you would like a price, contact us and we will arrange a survey and give you a separate written quotation covering the work, the price and the timescale. That quotation, together with these terms where relevant, governs the fitting work. A survey is normally needed before we can quote, because prices depend on the condition of your existing kitchen.

7.3 Access and site readiness

Where we are fitting, you agree to give us safe access to the property at the agreed times, to keep the working area clear, and to tell us about anything that affects the work, such as the position of pipes, wiring or asbestos. Plumbing, gas and electrical work must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. If work is delayed or has to be rearranged because the site is not ready, or because access is not available, we may charge our reasonable additional costs.

7.4 Fitters you arrange yourself

If you use your own fitter, your contract for that work is with them and not with us. Please ask them to check every product before it is fitted. Once a product has been cut, drilled or fitted it is treated as accepted, and we cannot accept a return for a defect that would have been obvious before fitting.

8. Our responsibility for loss or damage

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if you and we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by you giving us incorrect measurements or specifications, or, where you have arranged your own fitter, for the cost of work carried out on a product that could reasonably have been checked before fitting. If you are a business customer, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

9. Using our website and your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in planning a purchase, but you may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our permission. Please do not misuse the site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or placing fraudulent orders.

We try to keep the website available at all times, but we may suspend, withdraw or restrict it for maintenance or other business reasons. We will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we can put it right. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will acknowledge your complaint and tell you how we intend to handle it. If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and you can also seek advice from Citizens Advice.

12. Other important terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will tell you in writing if that happens. You may only transfer your rights or obligations to someone else if we agree in writing.
  • This contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any right to enforce any of its terms.
  • Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court decides that any paragraph is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs stay in force.
  • If we delay in enforcing any part of this contract, that does not stop us enforcing it later.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.

Questions before you order?

If anything here is unclear, or you want advice on sizes, finishes or fitting before you buy, please get in touch. We would rather answer a question now than sort out a wrong order later.
